Job Description / Responsibility
- Conduct product safety research and evaluations to ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assess potential health hazards and risks associated with product misuse, and recommend appropriate preventive measures.
- Prepare and review product usage instructions, warning labels, and precautionary statements to ensure clear and accurate communication.
- Ensure compliance with the Needle Control System requirements in accordance with Product Safety Rules (PSR).
- Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks and potential safety hazards across all production processes.
- Analyze safety-related data and prepare comprehensive reports to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Inspect production equipment, machinery, and manufacturing processes to verify compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate the repair or replacement of unsafe, damaged, or non-compliant equipment to maintain a safe working environment.
- Promote a Right-First-Time quality culture by proactively identifying potential issues, implementing preventive actions, and engaging relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills by identifying issues, proposing practical solutions, and addressing challenges efficiently.
- Perform root cause analysis of quality failures and drive Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to improve product quality and manufacturing performance.
- Conduct visual inspections and dimensional measurements of garments to ensure compliance with buyer specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with buyers` Code of Conduct (COC) and Product Safety Rules & Regulations (PSR) throughout the production process.
- Participate in and support technical audits, product evaluations, and compliance assessments to ensure adherence to customer and regulatory requirements.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 4 years
