Job Description / Responsibility

Interstoff Apparels Ltd. is one of the largest apparel industry in Bangladesh. Which focuses on large volume of Exports to abroad. In this circumstances, We are looking for a candidate who is energetic, professionally goal oriented mindset, and well mannered; The major Responsibilities of candidate will be
Key Responsibilites:
Learn and assist in managing day-to-day operations of the printing department (screen printing, sublimation, heat transfer, rotary printing, etc.).
Monitor printing quality, color accuracy, and alignment according to buyer specifications.
Coordinate with design, sample, and production teams to ensure timely sample approval and bulk production readiness.
Assist in process optimization, minimizing defects, waste, and production downtime.
Support in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for printing processes.
Ensure proper usage and maintenance of printing machinery and equipment.
Learn inventory management of printing materials (inks, screens, films, paper, chemicals).
Collaborate with the compliance and quality control teams to meet environmental and buyer audit requirements.
Prepare daily reports, learning logs, and present findings to management as part of the trainee program.
Participate in training sessions, evaluations, and periodic reviews.

Educational Requirements

Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry, Chemical Technical/Engineering
