Job Description / Responsibility

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect with minimum 5 Years of professional experience in architectural and interior projects. The candidate must hold a B. Arch degree from an IAB- accredited university and demonstrate strong skills in design development, working drawings and coordination with project team. Assist in the design and development of architectural and interior projects from concept to execution.
Prepare accurate presentation drawings, 3D models.
Supervising of preparing Construction documents.
Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure design integrity and compliance.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
Participate in client meetings and design reviews.
Research materials, products, and design trends for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations.
