Job Description / Responsibility

We're Hiring | Factory Electrician
HC Group Co., Ltd. is looking for a skilled and experienced **Factory Electrician** to join our Engineering & Maintenance Team.
Position: Factory Electrician
Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair factory electrical systems and production machinery.
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
Diagnose electrical faults in motors, control panels, PLCs, VFDs, MCCs, transformers, generators, and other industrial equipment.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with electrical safety standards and company HSE policies.
Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance of new production equipment.
Work Location: HC Group Co., Ltd., Bangladesh

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Engineering in EEE
Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, EEE
Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology.

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Dyeing Factory, Electric Wire/Cable

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 45 years
Only Male
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Factory Electrician in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, power distribution, PLCs, VFDs, MCCs, transformers, motors, generators, and industrial control systems.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and respond effectively to emergency breakdowns.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance and industrial electrical safety standards.
