Job Description / Responsibility

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets in the assigned territory.
Develop and expand the dealer, distributor, and retail network.
Manage and monitor distributor operations to ensure smooth product availability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and key business partners.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the field sales team to achieve business objectives.
Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
Ensure proper product visibility, merchandising, and brand presence in the market.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit them to management.
Collect market feedback and recommend strategies to increase sales and market share.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy distributor relationships.
Execute company promotional campaigns and product launches effectively.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Masters
Graduation/Masters in any discipline (Marketing preferred).

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Toiletries

Additional Job Requirements

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the Cosmetics/Toiletries sector.
Must possess a valid driving license (preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Product Knowledge: Must have experience handling products like Lipstick, Nail polish, Perfume, Eyeliner, etc.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Sound knowledge of sales reporting and market analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure.
