Job Description / Responsibility

Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
Appoint and manage dealers, distributors and corporate clients.
Lead and supervise Sales, Marketing and Administrative teams.
Ensure smooth office operations and administrative compliance.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law and company policies.
Prepare business plans, budgets, sales forecasts and management reports.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate with Production, Accounts, HR and Supply Chain departments.
Conduct regular market visits and dealer performance evaluations.
Negotiate commercial agreements and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Train, motivate and evaluate team performance.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Bachelor of Law (LLB)
Partly qualified CA/CMA candidates are also encouraged to apply

Experience Requirements

7 to 14 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chemical Industries, Manufacturing (FMCG), Paint

Additional Job Requirements

Age 30 to 45 years
Only Male
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.
Must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in the Paint and Construction Chemical Industry.
Sound knowledge of paint manufacturing processes, raw materials, product applications, market trends, pricing and distribution channels.
Strong understanding of Business Development, Dealer Network Management and Sales Operations.
Good knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law, Office Administration and HR Compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and decision-making skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ERP software.
Ability to work under pressure, lead cross-functional teams and achieve business targets.
Candidates with CA/CMA qualification or financial management experience will be given preference.
Willing to travel extensively across Bangladesh.
