- Job Context
- The post of Sales Executive is primarily concerned with sales, marketing, branding and sales leadership across the Hotel on all aspects of the products areas of the company. The Sales Executive will be expected to lead the strategic sales plans and be required to ensure that sales and marketing plans and policies and procedures are implemented.

- Job Responsibilities
- Design Sales Plan and review it regularly
- Execute the sales strategy to ensure Organization`s Vision
- Formulate periodical targets and optimize accordingly
- Achieving monthly sales targets, building relationships, and understanding customer trends
- Conduct Sales related campaigns and activation programs
- Identify potential markets / clients along with new sales opportunity
- Establish guideline to develop effective Sales strategy and ensure extraordinary customer experience
- Create and Manage Guest database and align with the organizational system
- Maintain relationship with the Guests
- Monitor existing competitions activities and compete accordingly
- Regular Report Generation and Presentation
- Any other task assigned by Management related to the role profile
Educational Requirements
- BBA / MBA in Marketing / Tourism / Hotel Management from renowned University (Candidates having Bachelor / Master’s degree in any discipline could apply with exceptional experiences)
