Job Description / Responsibility
- Project Management & Site Coordination:
- Direct and coordinate all on-site construction activities while ensuring seamless communication between the Head Office, site teams, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Plan, execute, and monitor progress across multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Chair and lead technical meetings with agencies, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Estimation, Billing & Cost Control:
- Prepare detailed estimates including BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and MOQ (Material Order Quantities).
- Conduct thorough rate analysis and accurate materials forecasting to minimize construction costs.
- Verify, audit, and approve construction bills submitted by subcontractors and vendors.
- Prepare detailed construction budgets, technical papers, and financial monitoring reports.
- Design, Regulatory & Feasibility Compliance:
- Demonstrate in-depth familiarity with RAJUK Rules & Regulations, specifically applying FAR (Floor Area Ratio) to evaluate land feasibility into optimal Profit/Loss ratios.
- Apply hands-on knowledge of structural elements and construction detailing.
- Quality, Safety & Team Leadership:
- Ensure strict quality control and implementation of project safety protocols at site.
- Direct, manage, and evaluate subordinate engineers, technical staff, and subcontractors in line with company policies.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements
- At least 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Building & Construction Materials, Real Estate
Additional Job Requirements
- Only Male
- Proven hands-on experience in managing High-Rise Buildings with multiple basements.
- Demonstrated track record of managing multiple construction projects concurrently.
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2D 3D, MS Project, and MS Office Package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Deep understanding of structural detailing, material properties, and cost optimization techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills with the ability to represent the technical team before high-level executive management.
- Highly intuitive, self-motivated, and capable of analytical problem-solving.
- Strong leadership skills to command, guide, and motivate site personnel and subcontractors.
