Site Engineer (Construction)

Job Description / Responsibility

Supervise day-to-day construction activities on-site
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, designs, and specifications
Monitor progress and ensure project timelines are met
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams
Study and interpret engineering drawings and BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
Prepare site reports, layouts, and technical documentation
Ensure accurate implementation of design plans
Ensure construction quality meets required standards and codes
Inspect materials and workmanship regularly
Conduct site tests and quality checks
Estimate material requirements and coordinate procurement
Monitor usage of materials to minimize waste
Ensure proper storage and handling of materials
Enforce safety rules and regulations on-site
Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments
Ensure compliance with local construction laws and standards
Liaise with architects, consultants, and project managers
Resolve technical issues and site challenges
Attend site meetings and provide updates

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Civil

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 26 years
Only Male
Use project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera)
Assist in budgeting and cost estimation
Support project planning and scheduling
Must need to stay in site/project
