Customer Service Engineer (Real Estate)

Job Description / Responsibility

Handle customer complaints related to apartment handover, maintenance, and after-sales service.
Inspect flats and identify construction defects before and after handover.
Coordinate with Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, and Finishing teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Monitor rectification work and ensure quality standards are maintained.
Conduct site visits and prepare technical inspection reports.
Communicate professionally with apartment owners and provide regular service updates.
Ensure all customer service requests are completed within the committed timeline.
Maintain customer complaint records and prepare periodic service reports.
Support the project team during apartment handover and post-handover service.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal departments for effective problem resolution.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Sc./Diploma in Civil Engineering).

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 25 years
Only Male
3–5 years of experience in Customer Service or Project Execution in a Real Estate Company.
Sound knowledge of building finishing works, construction materials, and maintenance procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer issues with professionalism and patience.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple service requests simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
