Material Coordinator / Documentation

Job Description / Responsibility

Coordinate and maintain material schedules, specifications, samples, and related documentation.
• Prepare and organize material submittals, approval documents, product data sheets, and technical information.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to collect quotations, product details, samples, and delivery information.
• Track material approvals, procurement status, deliveries, and project requirements.
• Maintain accurate project records, including drawings, BOQs, material schedules, and correspondence.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure materials meet project requirements.
• Follow up on pending approvals, material deliveries, and documentation requirements.
• Prepare regular updates and reports on material and documentation status.
• Ensure all project documents are properly organized and easily accessible.

Educational Requirements

Diploma
Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 25 years
Graduate or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
1–3 years of relevant experience in material coordination, documentation, interior fit-out, construction, or a related field.
Strong Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office and other relevant software.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with interior materials, finishes, and suppliers.
