Senior Sales Executive / Assistant Manager

Job Description / Responsibility

Achieve individual and team sales targets for real estate, elevators, solar products, and related services
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits
Negotiate deals and close sales effectively
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update the CRM system
Support the Sales Manager in achieving departmental goals

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably Marketing / Business Administration)

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 25 years
Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience
Experience in real estate, construction materials, elevators, or solar energy will be preferred
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven
Own motorcycle with valid driving license will be an advantage
