Job Description / Responsibility
  • Draft, vet, review, and finalize legal opinions, agreements, deeds, mortgages, securities, notices, and other legal documents.
  • Handle corporate, banking, commercial, land, and financial documentation.
  • Review title investigation reports and security documents for financial institutions.
  • Supervise, mentor, and monitor the work of junior associates.
  • Liaison with clients, government offices, regulatory authorities, and financial institutions.
  • Ensure legal compliance and maintain documentation standards.
  • Manage multiple assignments and meet strict deadlines.
  • Perform any other legal responsibilities assigned by the Head of Chamber.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Law (LLB)
Experience Requirements
  • 5 to 6 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Law Firm

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and research skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management ability.
  • Sound knowledge of corporate, banking, commercial, land, and financial laws.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal documentation.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
