- Position: Motion Graphic Designer-Trainee
- No of Position: Multiple
- Position Type: Full-time
- Office Time: 9:30 AM- 6:00 PM (Sunday-Thursday)
- Location: Baridhara J Block, Notun Bazar, Dhaka, Bangladesh

- Job Responsibilities:
- Create engaging and high-quality motion graphics for digital platforms, social media, advertisements, and branding content.
- Edit videos and develop visually appealing animations for marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to produce compelling visual content.
- Design animated explainer videos, reels, promotional videos, and branding materials.
- Stay updated with motion design trends, animation techniques, and industry best practices.
- Ensure timely delivery of creative assets while maintaining quality standards.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Qualifications and Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Preferred: Multimedia and creative technology, CSE, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Data Science, AI, IT or any related field).
- Candidates with strong portfolios and practical experience are encouraged to apply.
- Experience:
- Fresher with freelancing, internship or project experience.
- 0 to 2 years of full-time experience
- Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer/similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Knowledge of 2D/3D animation will be an added advantage.
- Strong creative sense, storytelling ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Passion for learning new technologies, creative tools, and content trends.
