Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context
- We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Sub Registrar/Tahsildar (Retired) who can handle all responsibilities of the Land Division efficiently.
- Job Responsibilities
- Has to be responsible for all land-related documents (C.S, S.A, R.S, B.S, City Jorip, Deed, Via Deed, Porcha, Warish Sonod, Wakalotnama, Dag, Khatian, etc).
- Has to be responsible for land measurement, land mutation, land registration, land ownership, contract, and company law.
- Draft different types of agreements, such as MOUs, development agreements, irrevocable powers of attorney, deeds of sale, etc.
- Maintain records of land documents & meet with landowners and lawyers regarding land issues.
- Vetting of land documents, finding flaws and providing opinion regarding purchase of land or agreement related to landowner
- Deal with land-related activities such as land measurement, verification of title & legal rights, mortgage, registration/Baina, commissioning, and mutation of land from related Govt. offices.
- Liaison with the settlement office for Map/Record/Layout etc.
- Maintain communication with various regulatory authorities.
- Communication & Negotiation with RJSC, DPDT, RAJUK, BSTI, BIDA, etc., and other government and autonomous offices for and on behalf of the organization.
- Communicating with any Govt. office, especially concerned A.C. Land office/Tohshil office/sub-registry office and land dispute court.
- Following/executing all types of land tax, City Corporation holding Tax, and documentation formalities.
Educational Requirements
- Graduate from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements
- 15 to 20 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Land Management
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 45 to 62 years
- Must be a Retired Sub-Registrar or Tahsilder from the Government of Bangladesh.
- Minimum 15–20 years of relevant experience in land administration, registration, mutation, and government land management.
- Strong knowledge of the Registration Act, Land Laws, Mutation, Survey, Khatian, Mouza Maps, and related legal procedures.
- Well-connected with relevant government offices and capable of maintaining effective professional coordination.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.High standards of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
