Job Description / Responsibility

· To identify potential businessmen and establish institutional connections with them with the aim of creating new entrepreneurs.
· To analyze and present data on the demand for local products and their production/purchase and sales plans.
· Collect and analze data from the entrepreneur's business plan.
· Discuss with entrepreneurs the types of transactions and establishing business relationships with various production/marketing organizations.
· Analyze the potential amount of business capital requirement, discuss financing opportunities and terms & condition with entrepreneurs.
· Providing entrepreneurs with information about all relevant legal documents (Trade License/TIN/BIN/IRC/ERC/Bank Account Transactions etc.) for running a business.
· To provide an overall idea of the entrepreneur's potential sources of goods purchase and sales markets for business products.
· Prepare and present business proposals of the potential entrepreneurs.
· Collect and present relevant data to efficiently conduct business Strength, Weakness, Opportunity & Threat (SWOT) analysis.
· Any other work assigned by Line Manager or Management.

Educational Requirements

Masters

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Additional Job Requirements

Age 30 to 35 years
· Must have proficiency in using: Business Software, Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point), SPSS.
· Knowledge in local / International business developments.
· Ability to work under pressure.
· Must have good communication skills (written and spoken) in both Bengali and English.
