Job Description / Responsibility
- Marketing & Student Admission (Primary Responsibility)
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase student enrollment.
- Achieve monthly and annual trainee admission targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas recruitment agencies to generate a continuous pipeline of trainees.
- Visit recruitment agencies, training partners, educational institutions, and corporate organizations to promote the Training Center.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand the Training Center`s reach.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seminars, workshops, and awareness programs.
- Coordinate digital marketing and branding activities to enhance visibility and attract prospective trainees.
- Develop admission strategies and ensure excellent counseling services for prospective candidates.
- Training Center Management
- Manage the overall operations of the Training Center.
- Coordinate the development and delivery of customized vocational training programs based on overseas employers` requirements.
- Supervise trainers, administrative staff, and support personnel.
- Ensure high-quality training delivery and trainee satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with government regulations and applicable training standards.
- Prepare operational reports, admission reports, and performance analyses.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree will be an advantage).
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes, Engineering Firms, Consulting Firms, Travel Agent, Manpower Recruitment, Real Estate, Chemical Industries, Diagnostic Centre, Developer
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 30 to 45 years
- Only Male
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an Overseas Recruitment Agency's Training Center.
- Proven experience in marketing, student admission, business development, and relationship management within a vocational or overseas recruitment training environment.
- Strong network with overseas recruitment agencies will be considered a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other business applications.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have:
- Demonstrated success in achieving admission and enrollment targets.
- Experience in marketing vocational training programs for overseas employment.
- Strong industry connections with overseas recruitment agencies and employers.
- A track record of developing partnerships that increase trainee admissions and business growth.
