Job Description / Responsibility

Recruitment advertisement, CV screening, interview, joining, appointment documents ও personnel file সমন্বয় করা।
Attendance, leave, probation, performance, payroll input, transfer, exit, employee access এবং office asset, ID/seal, vendor, safety ও visitor record হালনাগাদ করা।
Induction, SOP, ethics, anti-fraud, confidentiality, data security ও role training দেওয়া; presentation, practical exercise, test, coaching ও training register রাখা।
HRM, CRM, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, digital form, task tracker, dashboard, cloud storage ও online meeting tools ব্যবহার এবং কর্মীদের শেখানো।
বাংলাদেশ শ্রম আইন, শ্রম বিধিমালা, বৈদেশিক কর্মসংস্থান-সংক্রান্ত আইন, সরকারি নির্দেশনা ও company policy-এর প্রাসঙ্গিক পরিবর্তন official source থেকে পর্যবেক্ষণ করে Legal Update Register এবং management note প্রস্তুত করা।
Employee grievance গোপনীয়ভাবে গ্রহণ ও evidence সংরক্ষণ; harassment, fraud, bribery, retaliation, data breach বা licence risk তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে escalate করা।
Weekly HR/training dashboard এবং monthly headcount, attendance, training, movement, legal update ও exception report management-কে দেওয়া।

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
