Job Description / Responsibility
- Execute microinsurance business development strategy, including planning and implementing sales growth initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities through campaigns, walk-ins, referrals, promotions, and direct client engagement.
- Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, including lead generation, client communication, relationship building, follow-ups, and conversion of prospects into business.
- Prepare financial offers, business proposals, presentations, and related documentation, and conduct client meetings, negotiations, and management discussions.
- Prepare and manage contracts and agreements, ensuring proper documentation, compliance, and control over insurance issuance processes.
- Analyze customer and business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide recommendations to improve business performance and growth.
- Monitor and report business performance, including monthly management reports, offer tracking, and achievement status of new and existing business.
- Develop, manage, and optimize the microinsurance portal to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for clients.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular engagement and customer relationship activities.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Additional Job Requirements
- Age 35 to 45 years
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of Microinsurance business and insurance products.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), Bangla typing and MIS reporting.
- Sound knowledge of IDRA regulations and the insurance industry.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work independently and lead teams.
