Job Description / Responsibility

One of the progressive foreign banks in the country invites applications from confident, proactive and experienced candidates for an opening in Credit Analysis Unit.
Job Purpose:
Supervise and lead Credit Analysis Unit
Prepare corporate credit / investment proposals
The Primary responsibilities are:
Prepare corporate credit / investment related proposals / Inter Office Memo with detailed analysis.
Analysis may include but not limited to – comprehensive financial analysis, assessment of borrower repayment capacity, identification of risk and appropriate mitigations, industry performance, current economic scenario, impact of government regulations and policies on the borrowers’ businesses, adherence to prudential regulations, and covenants etc.
Originate and review of internal risk ratings and ICRRS Ratings.
Generate Environment and Social Risk due diligence (ESDD) rating with updated compliance status and compliance of Sustainable Finance Policy (SFP).
Liaison with other departments, customers and efficient management of turnaround time.
Prepare MIS and presentation of portfolio as and when required.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Masters
Bachelors/ Masters in any discipline from any reputed Public University/ Private University (UGC approved)/ Foreign University.

Experience Requirements

At least 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

Additional Job Requirements

Experience Requirement
At least 10 years of experience in Banks, NBFIs or Credit Rating Agencies with significant exposure in Corporate Credit / Relationship Management related managerial roles.
Preferrable Skill-set
Education / or certifications related to Finance, Economics, Accounting and Risk Management.
Concurrent with macro-economic conditions and business / commerce situation.
Sound knowledge on MS Package – Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
