Job Description / Responsibility

Maintain correspondence with foreign suppliers regarding Quotation, Pro forma Invoices, LC copies, LC amendments, Shipments, Shipping Documents, Payments, and other related matters.
Properly complete LC application forms along with the required supporting documents and submit them to the bank.
Perform all regulatory formalities related to imports, including coordination with banks, insurance companies, and customs authorities.
Collect commercial documents from the bank and verify that all required documents are available in accordance with the LC terms and conditions.
Liaise with banks, C&F agents, transportation companies, and insurance companies to ensure the smooth clearance of consignments.
Maintain complete import documentation, including manual records, Excel registers, and process-related files in an organized manner.
Monitor LC limits, LC acceptance, LTR limits, and Time Loan status on a regular basis.
Collect all debit and credit advices from the bank and enter them into SAP.
Ensure that all bills are accurately posted into the SAP system.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Accounting
MBA, MBS, Master`s, Postgraduate, or an equivalent degree in Accounting.

Experience Requirements

At least 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Design/Printing/Publishing, Packaging Industry

Additional Job Requirements

Age At most 40 years
Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar position.
Ability to analyze, anticipates, and interprets complex information and related data.
Sound knowledge of import procedures, banking operations, customs clearing & forwarding, and accounting.
Personal Attributes
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Age: Must be below 40 years.
