Job Description / Responsibility

Doctor Relationship Management
Visit assigned doctors, consultants, and specialist physicians regularly according to the daily call plan.
Promote Akij Mediplex`s diagnostic services, health check packages, and specialty offerings.
Build long-term professional relationships with doctors and clinic staff.
Ensure regular follow-up and maintain a strong referral network.
Provide updated information regarding new diagnostic tests, technology, and promotional campaigns.
Business Development
Generate patient referrals to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Identify new referral opportunities from hospitals, clinics, chambers, and healthcare institutions.
Develop partnerships with corporate organizations for employee health check-up programs.
Explore opportunities for institutional and insurance collaborations.
Territory Management
Prepare and execute weekly and monthly territory plans.
Maintain complete coverage of assigned doctors and healthcare facilities.
Conduct competitor analysis and submit market intelligence reports.
Marketing Activities
Coordinate Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, seminars, awareness campaigns, and health camps.
Assist in organizing promotional events and community outreach activities.
Distribute promotional materials while maintaining company branding standards.
Reporting
Submit daily visit reports (DCR), weekly activity reports, and monthly sales reports.
Maintain an updated doctor database and referral records.
Record customer feedback and recommend service improvements.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Diagnostic Centre, Healthcare/Lifestyle product, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
