Job Description / Responsibility

Provide comprehensive outpatient consultation, including history taking, physical examination, diagnosis, treatment, and prescription for patients of all age groups.
Manage acute and chronic medical conditions using evidence-based clinical practices and order/interpret appropriate diagnostic investigations.
Promote preventive healthcare through health screenings, vaccination counseling, lifestyle modification, and patient education.
Provide long-term management and follow-up for chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, COPD, thyroid disorders, heart disease, kidney disease, arthritis, and obesity.
Deliver family-centered care by addressing the healthcare needs of children, adults, elderly patients, and providing maternal and adolescent health counseling.
Coordinate referrals to specialist consultants, review specialist recommendations, and ensure continuity of patient care.
Accurately interpret laboratory reports, imaging studies, ECGs, echocardiograms, pulmonary function tests, and health screening results.
Maintain complete and accurate Electronic Medical Records (EMR), including diagnosis, prescriptions, follow-up plans, and patient confidentiality.
Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, infection prevention standards, patient safety policies, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including specialists, nurses, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, physiotherapy, nutrition, customer service, and corporate health teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Diagnostic Centre, Healthcare Startup, Hospital, Medical College

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 30 years
Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or General Practice preferred
Valid BMDC Registration
Updated practicing license.
