Job Description / Responsibility
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager with at least 15 years of experience in the hotel or resort industry to join our team at our 4-Star Boutique Hotel in Cox's Bazar.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all hotel departments, ensuring smooth coordination and efficient service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with 4-star hospitality standards, hotel SOPs, quality assurance, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction requirements.
- Manage guest relations, VIP services, and complaint resolution to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain the hotel's reputation.
- Monitor financial performance by managing budgets, revenue, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, inventory, payroll, and operational costs to achieve profitability targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop departmental teams through effective workforce planning, scheduling, performance management, and staff training.
- Supervise Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and Maintenance operations to ensure quality, hygiene, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to maximize occupancy, increase revenue, promote hotel services, and strengthen business relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, Bangladesh Labor Law, food safety, fire and life safety regulations, environmental standards, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare and review operational reports, departmental KPIs, budgets, and performance analyses, implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Represent hotel management in operational matters by coordinating cross-functional activities, responding to emergencies, supporting business continuity, and implementing hospitality best practices. Guest Satisfaction Score (GSS).
- Job Location in Cox’s Bazar.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Graduation in any discipline
- Graduation in Hotel Management will get priority
Experience Requirements
- 15 to 20 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Resort, Motel
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 40 to 55 years
- Only Male
- Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an Operations Manager role.
- Excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
- Non-smoker will get priority
- Capable to serve under pressure.
- Dedicated, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
