Job Description / Responsibility
- Handle end-to-end visa processing for various countries.
- 100% target and customer oriented.
- Prepare and verify visa documentation with accuracy and compliance.
- Liaise with embassies, high commissions, visa application centers, and other relevant authorities.
- Guide clients regarding visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures.
- Monitor application status and ensure timely submission and collection.
- Maintain proper records and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
Educational Requirements
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration/Visa Processing, Tour Operator, Transport Service, Travel Agent
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 20 to 35 years
- Sound knowledge of visa procedures for major destinations.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
