Job Description / Responsibility

Practical experience in visa processing/immigration services
Strong knowledge of Student Visa, and Tourist Visa processing.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali (written & spoken).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, documentation & reporting).
Ability to handle clients professionally and provide accurate visa guidance.
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Handle end-to-end visa processing for international destinations.
Prepare, verify and organize client documents according to embassy requirements.
Coordinate with embassies, VFS, consulates, and relevant authorities.
Provide professional consultation to clients regarding visa procedures.
Ensure visa applications are properly prepared and submitted on time

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Masters

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent, Tour Operator
