Job Description / Responsibility

Club Shaheen Limited is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to take complete responsibility for the Club’s Restaurant and Café operations (including Eagle’s Diner, Eagle’s Dip, and related F&B outlets).
Key Responsibilities:
Overall management and day-to-day operation of the Restaurant and Café
Menu planning, costing, and continuous improvement of food & beverage offerings
Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and service
Supervise kitchen, service, and support staff; manage roster, training, and performance
Control food cost, inventory, wastage, and overall F&B profitability
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health & hygiene standards
Coordinate with suppliers, manage procurement, and negotiate rates
Handle member and guest complaints professionally and ensure excellent customer experience
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and operational reports
Support Club events, Family Day, and special programmes with efficient F&B service
Any other duties assigned by the Management

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management / Business Administration or any related discipline from a reputed institution

Experience Requirements

5 to 7 years

Additional Job Requirements

Experience Requirements
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in restaurant / F&B management, preferably in clubs, hotels, or premium restaurants
Proven track record of managing multi-outlet or high-volume F&B operations will be an advantage
Additional Requirements
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Hands-on knowledge of food costing, inventory management, and POS systems
Ability to work under pressure and during Club events (including weekends and evenings)
Proficiency in English and Bengali
Member-oriented mindset with high integrity and professional attitude
