Job Description / Responsibility
- Office Time
- 10AM to 7PM.
- Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound communication (calls, messages, social media)
- Communicate with clients through (phone calls, What’s App, Email)Communicate with clients to provide travel services.
- To receive phone calls and give proper information regarding applications.
- Deal with client inquiries regarding travel services like Air ticket / Visa / Tour Package.
- Maintain client records & reports using company software.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all visa applications and Tour Package related communications.
- Stay informed about changes in visa regulations and Tour Package procedures for various countries.
- Strong knowledge of visa processes for major destinations.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction with every service.
- Data Entry and Management Accurately record and input collected data into the company`s data management systems or databases.
- Support marketing and social media activities for travel promotions and group tours.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and after-sales support.
- General computer operations and browsing tasks, MS word, MS Excel, PowerPoint etc.
