Job Description / Responsibility

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Visa Processing Officer with strong knowledge of
European, Malaysian and UK student visas. The candidate will manage student visa
applications, document preparation, client communication and application follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Handle European, Malaysian and UK student visa applications from start to finish.
Review, verify and prepare student visa documents.
Complete application forms and maintain accurate records.
Guide clients regarding student visa requirements, documentation and procedures.
Follow up with embassies, visa centres, universities and relevant authorities.
Assist with SOP, motivation letters and supporting documents.
Track application progress and provide updates to clients.
Stay updated with student visa rules and requirements for Europe, Malaysia and the UK.

Educational Requirements

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 22 years
Minimum 2 years of experience in student visa processing or immigration consultancy.
Practical experience with European, Malaysian and UK student visa processing.
Strong knowledge of student visa documentation and procedures.
Excellent English communication skills.
Good computer and online communication skills.
Strong customer service and problem-solving ability.
