Job Description / Responsibility
  • Supervise day-to-day operations of the breeder farm to ensure target production of hatching eggs.
  • Monitor flock health, feed intake, lighting, ventilation, and vaccination schedules.
  • Oversee collection, grading, and dispatch of hatching eggs to the hatchery.
  • Maintain strict biosecurity and farm hygiene standards.
  • Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, feed, medicine, and other farm resources.
  • Lead, train, and monitor farm staff to ensure high performance and discipline.
  • Maintain accurate farm records and generate reports regularly.
  • Coordinate with veterinary and hatchery teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal audit, ISO standards, and other regulatory guidelines.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
  • 8 to 12 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Agro based Startup, Dairy, Farming, Fisheries, Hatchery, Poultry

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 30 to 45 years
  • Only Male
  • Bachelors in Animal Husbandry is required.
