Job Description / Responsibility

Lead the overall Feed Mill operations as Plant Head, ensuring efficient Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Utilities, Safety, and Plant Administration.
Drive operational excellence by optimizing productivity, minimizing downtime, ensuring cost efficiency, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Lead, develop, and monitor cross-functional teams to achieve operational and business objectives.
Build and maintain effective liaison with Government authorities, regulatory agencies, utility providers, and local stakeholders/community to ensure smooth business operations, statutory compliance, and a positive organizational relationship.
Prepare operational reports, analyze plant performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall plant efficiency.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Experience Requirements

15 to 25 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Agro based Startup, Dairy, Farming, Fisheries, Hatchery, Poultry
