Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context :
- Wintech Agro Bangladesh is a rapidly growing aquaculture company committed to providing innovative aqua health, water treatment, and farm management solutions across Bangladesh. We are looking for energetic, target-oriented, and technically sound professionals to strengthen our Sales & Technical Support Team.
- Important Note:
- As per company policy, employees are not assigned to work in their own home district.
- Job Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support and advisory services to fish farmers regarding pond preparation, water quality management, fish health, disease diagnosis, prevention, and treatment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and fish farmers.
- Visit existing dealers regularly and identify opportunities for new dealership development.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets through effective planning and execution.
- Collect market receivables and maintain healthy collection performance.
- Organize farmers’ meetings, product demonstrations, seminars, and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis and submit reports to management.
- Identify and expand potential markets within assigned territories.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports through the company reporting system.
- Follow company policies, reporting procedures, and instructions from management.
- Perform any other sales and technical activities assigned by management.
Educational Requirements
- Diploma in fisheries / Bachelor’s Degree (Honors) / Master’s Degree in any discipline.
- Candidates from Fisheries, Zoology, Agriculture, and related backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Diploma in Agriculture
- National University Graduates
- Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

- Age 23 to 33 years
- Only Male
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Experience in Aquaculture, Aqua Medicine, Feed, Agrovet, Pesticide, Poultry, or Livestock industries will be preferred.
- Practical experience in fisheries and poultry technical support will be considered an advantage.
- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Smart, presentable, and professional in behavior.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of working independently in field operations.
- Strong leadership, execution, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Capable of managing dealers, distributors, and farmers effectively.
- Experience in aqua product marketing will be considered an added advantage.
- Must be willing to travel extensively within assigned territories.
- Mandatory Requirement :
- Motorcycle driving skill is mandatory.
- Candidates must be confident in riding a motorcycle for field visits.
- Possession of a valid driving license will be considered an advantage.
