Job Description / Responsibility

SGS Bangladesh is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our Natural Resources Department as Executive, Sales & Marketing.
In this role, you will drive business growth for SGS inspection services across Agriculture, Minerals, Oil, Gas & Chemicals (OGC) sectors while working closely with clients, operations teams, and industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities for Natural Resources inspection services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, buying houses, manufacturers, and key industry stakeholders.
Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements and promote SGS solutions.
Prepare and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
Gather and analyze market intelligence, competitor activities, pricing trends, and emerging business opportunities.
Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer retention.
Support receivables collection and maintain healthy customer accounts.

Educational Requirements

Master of Science (MSc) in Agriculture, Chemistry
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
