Job Description / Responsibility

Promote and sell the company`s products/services in the assigned territory.
Achieve the assigned sales targets through effective market coverage and customer engagement.
Conduct daily route-wise retailer visits and ensure completion of assigned visit targets.
Identify and develop new customers, retailers, and business opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term business growth.
Collect market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and submit regular market reports.
Provide first-level support in resolving customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Prepare and submit daily sales, visit, order, and collection reports to the reporting manager.
Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and operational guidelines.
Coordinate effectively with team members to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
Travel to any location within Bangladesh as required by the company.
Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Educational Requirements

HSC
Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies
