Job Description / Responsibility
- Conduct regular field visits and market visits to identify new clients, business opportunities, and potential software customers.
- Visit prospective clients to showcase and demonstrate software products, features, functionalities, and business benefits.
- Conduct client meetings, understand business requirements, and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Generate qualified leads through field visits, phone calls, emails, social media, referrals, and direct client communication.
- Deliver professional software presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and prospects regularly and convert opportunities into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop relationships with new customers.
- Explain software features, services, pricing, and benefits clearly to potential customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Research the market and analyze competitors’ products, pricing, features, strengths, and weaknesses.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate software solutions based on their business requirements.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with the Technical/Support Team when necessary.
- Maintain proper records of leads, client visits, meetings, demonstrations, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Technical Teams to achieve company objectives.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor of Business Studies (Pass)
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Software Company
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements
- Ability to understand customer business requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Experience in selling ERP/POS/HRM/Accounting/Business Software will be an added advantage.
