Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context: Karooth IT (BD) Limited. is looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented Tender & Proposal Executive to support our Business Development team. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, preparing professional proposals, developing company profiles and presentations, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring timely submission of local and international tenders.
- Job Responsibilities
- Identify and monitor local and international tender opportunities.
- Review RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, TORs, and other bidding documents.
- Prepare professional technical and commercial proposals in English.
- Develop company profiles, capability statements, presentations, brochures, and other business development materials.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to collect project information and prepare proposal documents.
- Prepare compliance matrices, methodology, work plans, project descriptions, and other required documents.
- Conduct research on technologies, clients, competitors, and project requirements.
- Maintain proposal documents, company credentials, and document repositories.
- Ensure complete and timely submission of tenders while meeting all compliance requirements.
- Perform any other business development and proposal related tasks assigned by management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Experience Requirements
- 4 to 6 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Trading or Export/Import

- Excellent English reading, writing, and communication skills.
- Strong proposal writing and technical documentation skills.
- Ability to prepare professional company profiles, capability statements, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Good understanding of software development and IT solutions.
- Strong analytical, research, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF editing tools.
- Ability to use modern AI productivity tools effectively to improve work quality and efficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
