Job Description / Responsibility
- Context:
- Nexora IT a leading USA based IT company is inviting talented, dynamic and self-motivated candidates to fill the following position. The ideal candidates for our company are those who have a strong understanding of computer systems, are able to follow directions and have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct online research and collect accurate data from various web-based sources.
- Review, organize, and maintain databases with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Verify, update, and manage information in company systems and spreadsheets.
- Monitor data quality and identify inconsistencies to ensure reliable reporting.
- Utilize computer applications and online tools efficiently to complete assigned tasks.
- Follow company guidelines, deadlines, and quality standards while maintaining productivity.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding work progress.
- NIGHT Shift: 9 PM – 7 AM

Basic Salary: BDT 13,000 per month. (Fixed) Performance-Based Earnings: Employees who perform their duties efficiently and achieve sales targets can earn an additional sales commission, bringing their total monthly income to approximately BDT 15,000 to BDT 30,000+, depending on individual performance and sales achievements. Training time : Joining month, Allowance 6,500/- Taka (Day basis) Attendance Bonus : 1000/- Taka. (If you attend 30 days on time) Sales Commission. (After completing 2 months) Casual leave - after 3 months, Yearly 15 days, EID Holiday 5 days. (Any one EID) No government holiday or others. EID bonus: 50% of basic salary.
