Job Description / Responsibility

Prepare and produce high-quality bakery products, including croissants, puff pastries, breads, cookies, cakes, and other items.
Ensure consistency in taste, texture, presentation, and product quality.
Develop and test new bakery recipes and products according to business requirements.
Monitor daily bakery production and ensure timely completion of production targets.
Maintain proper food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards.
Ensure correct portioning, weighing, mixing, proofing, baking, cooling, and storage of bakery products.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Bakery Production (Preferred)

Experience Requirements

At least 8 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Hotel, Restaurant

Additional Job Requirements

Minimum 8 years of professional bakery experience (Bangladesh or abroad)
Expertise in Croissants, Puff Pastries, Breads, Cookies, Cakes, and other bakery items
Ability to develop new recipes and maintain high product quality
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and bakery operations
