Job Description / Responsibility

Manage and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, scanners, servers, and IT equipment.
Maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, internet and network connectivity.
Provide technical support to all departments and resolve hardware/software issues.
Support and maintain ERP, HR & Payroll, Production, Inventory, Merchandising and MIS systems.
Manage user accounts, access control, data backup, antivirus and IT security.
Maintain and support CCTV, biometric attendance, access control and IP phone systems.
Monitor IT assets, software licenses and maintenance records.
Coordinate with IT vendors, internet service providers and software/service providers.
Support ERP implementation, automation, system integration and digital transformation.
Ensure smooth IT operations at the factory production floor and Head Office.
Prepare IT reports and maintain proper IT documentation and SOPs.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Garments Accessories, Spinning, Dyeing Factory

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 25 years
Only Male
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and provide timely technical support.
Willingness to support both Factory and Head Office operations.
