Job Description / Responsibility

Configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting MikroTik routers and network infrastructure.
Managing MikroTik routing protocols, including Static Routing, OSPF, BGP, RIP, and route optimization.
Administering and maintaining Linux servers, including installation, configuration, performance tuning, backup management, patch management, security hardening, and troubleshooting to ensure high availability and reliability of services.
Configuring and maintaining VLANs, Firewall Filters, NAT, VPNs (PPTP, L2TP, SSTP, IPsec), QoS, bandwidth management, and network security policies.
Implementing and maintaining network redundancy, failover, and load-balancing solutions using MikroTik routers.
Monitoring network performance, analyzing traffic, and ensuring maximum uptime and reliability of network infrastructure.
Diagnosing and resolving routing, switching, connectivity, and internet-related issues across the organization.
Maintaining, diagnosing, and troubleshooting hardware, and installing operating systems and software.
Setting up and troubleshooting LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks.
Handling and troubleshooting IP cameras, CCTV, video conferencing equipment, and access control devices.
Providing IT support to end users for desktops, laptops, wireless routers, scanners, printers, and other IT assets, in line with company IT policy.
Assisting in network planning, expansion, and infrastructure upgrades to support business requirements.
Carrying out network cabling and providing basic networking support.
Maintaining IT inventory for both hardware and software, and keeping proper documentation.
Maintaining proper documentation of network topology, IP addressing schemes, routing configurations, server infrastructure, and network changes.
Working closely with other team members with a positive, team-player attitude.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
or Diploma in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

4 to 8 years
