Job Description / Responsibility

Provide first-level IT support to ensure the smooth operation of the organization's IT infrastructure. The role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system issues, maintaining IT assets, and supporting end-users while ensuring compliance with IT security standards.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, and peripheral devices.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS, Microsoft Office, antivirus, and business applications.
Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, email, VPN, and printer connectivity issues.
Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and endpoint security compliance.
Support end-users and assist with IT infrastructure, asset management, and documentation.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments, Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements

Age 22 to 28 years
Proficiency in hardware, software, and system troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and endpoint security.
Familiarity with LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and printer support.
Experience with ERP systems and video conferencing platforms.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests.
