Job Description / Responsibility

Ensure smooth factory operation of all IT systems, including network and hardware.
Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi systems.
Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware.·
Diagnose and resolve hardware and network-related issues promptly.·
Monitor and ensure factory data security, antivirus updates, and system backups.·
Provide technical support to factory.
Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and ensure timely repair or replacement.
Coordinate with service providers and vendors when required.
Prepare basic IT-related documentation and reports.
Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi systems.
Have good experience in implementation, troubleshooting, and support of ERP.
Oversee all technical support and troubleshooting activities related to Network printers, LaserJet printers, photocopy machines, scanners, CCTV cameras, Access Control Devices, Multimedia Projectors, etc.
Identifying and monitoring recurring requirements for all computer/laptop users, and formulating and implementing desired solutions for them accordingly.
Monitoring and ensure day to day IT operation is running smoothly.
Take care of all the administration of IT devices & infrastructure.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Engineering

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Chemical Industries

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 30 years
Experience: Have 1-2 years experience in IT support, hardware maintenance, and networking
Have hands-on experience in IT support, hardware maintenance, and networking.
Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN) and hardware troubleshooting.
Ability to configure and manage basic network devices.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Windows OS.
Have ability to work in factory based organization.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
