Job Description / Responsibility

The Job holder will be responsible for leading & managing Service Team, achieve assigned business targets as per approved budget, supervise overall Lounge operations, perform various operational/service roles in Checker/Approver capacity, managing risk and ensure compliance, service staff development & counselling, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction through service excellence & relationship management.

Educational Requirements

4-year Bachelor's degree in any discipline from any recognized university.
No third division/class in any academic examination will be accepted.
In compliance with the applicable circulars/instructions of Bangladesh Bank, successful completion of the required Banking Professional Examination (JAIBB/AIBB, as applicable) is mandatory for consideration of an offer at the next job grade.

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

Additional Job Requirements

Age At most 45 years
Minimum of 5-8 years of Banking experience in Retail Business with exposure to Priority Banking in a Managerial Capacity
Strong understanding of Priority Banking business and operational dynamics & customer needs/preferences
Sound Banking knowledge including product, process, risk & compliance
Networking & Relationship Management skills
Ability to handle pressure and deliver challenging business targets
Problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership, team management & staff development skills
