Job Description / Responsibility
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of the International Division.
- Maintain professional communication with overseas correspondent banks, exchange houses, and international business partners.
- Coordinate international remittance operations and ensure timely transaction processing.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with foreign partners and financial institutions.
- Handle international business correspondence, negotiations, and official documentation.
- Ensure compliance with International Bank regulations, AML/CFT policies, and company procedures.
- Prepare operational reports, business updates, and management reports.
- Resolve operational issues by coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Assist management in identifying new international business opportunities and partnerships.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
- Need to Attain incoming calls of agencies & customers to solve problems.
- Conduct Tele Marketing to boost business with dedicated team.
- Research opportunities to derive new business Manage the marketing function to include marketing, site branding and promotions as well as cover electronic and print media.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
- Bachelor's (Honours) and Master's Degree in English or any other relevant discipline from a recognized university.
- IELTS certification with a good score will be given preference.
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Overseas Companies
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 35 to 40 years
- Candidates having experience in Banks, Multinational Companies (MNCs), International Remittance Companies, or Financial Institutions will receive preference.
- Must have excellent fluency in spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate confidently with international clients and business partners.
- Strong professional attitude, leadership qualities, and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel locally or internationally if required for business purposes.
- Skills & Expertise:
- Sound knowledge of international business communication and correspondence.
- Good understanding of international remittance operations and banking practices.
- Leadership, team management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of International Bank regulations and AML/CFT compliance will be considered an advantage.
