Job Description / Responsibility

Market Development - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential customers and untapped markets to expand the company’s presence.
Sales Target Achievement - meet or exceed sales targets for the assigned territory through effective customer acquisition, retention and development.
Customer Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and mechanics to understand the market needs and provide tailored solutions.
Competitor Analysis - Monitor competitor activities in the assigned territory and provide feedback to management on market trends and competitive pricing.
Payment and Credit Management - Effectively manage the credit terms of customers and ensure timely payment collections.

Educational Requirements

HSC
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Retail Store, Wholesale

Additional Job Requirements

Age 20 to 35 years
Only Male
Having experience in Motorcycle/CNG spare parts sales is preferable
Having own motorcycle/ motorcycle license is a must.

Salary Range

Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
