Job Description / Responsibility

Sales & Growth Strategy
Own and achieve all sales, revenue, collection, and growth targets (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
Create and execute effective sales plans to hit business goals.
Find new business opportunities, expand distribution coverage, and grow into high-potential markets.
Team Leadership
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to keep productivity high.
Monitor team performance to ensure targets are met.
Channel & Customer Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and key customers.
Solve dealer and customer complaints quickly to keep satisfaction high.
Ensure strong retail presence, product visibility, and brand execution.
Market & Operations Monitoring
Visit the market regularly to check sales performance, track trends, and watch competitors.
Execute company sales strategies, trade programs, and product launches smoothly.
Track product stock, availability, and demand to provide accurate sales forecasts.
Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other departments.
Financials & Reporting
Manage dealer credit, track outstanding payments, and ensure timely collections.
Analyze business results and send regular sales, collection, and market reports to the Head of Sales.
Follow all company policies and handle other tasks assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

5 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (FMCG), Sanitary ware

Additional Job Requirements

Age 27 to 35 years
Educational background is flexible for experienced candidates.
