Job Description / Responsibility

Communicate with customers and provide information about tour packages, visa processing, study abroad, and other travel services
Follow up with potential clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, Facebook, and other platforms
Generate new leads and achieve monthly sales targets
Support online and offline marketing activities
Maintain customer records and prepare regular sales reports
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients
Provide excellent customer service before and after sales

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
