Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context
- Bio-Xin Cosmeceuticals is looking for smart, energetic, and customer-focused candidates for the position of Asst. Executive – Branch Sales. The selected candidates will represent the branch as the front-line sales and consultation expert, ensuring excellent customer service while driving branch sales growth through professional product and treatment communication.
- Job Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch sales growth.
- Provide professional consultation regarding skincare products and aesthetic treatment services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and treatments for optimal results.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Promote company campaigns, seasonal offers, and new product launches effectively.
- Maintain branch presentation, discipline, and a professional clinical environment.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Prepare and maintain customer records and daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with branch management regarding daily operational activities.

- 1 to 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Healthcare/Lifestyle product, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At least 18 years

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing ability with a target-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Office, will be an advantage.
