- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, diagnostic centers, clinics, corporate organizations, insurance companies, NGOs, and healthcare partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified patient referrals.
- Promote Fosun Health`s specialized medical services, including oncology, cardiology, neurology, orthopedics, health screening, robotic surgery, and other advanced treatments.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, seminars, and awareness programs for healthcare professionals and corporate clients.
- Achieve monthly business development and partnership targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth patient journey.
- Prepare regular business reports and market intelligence.
- Represent Health Panda at healthcare events, exhibitions, and networking programs.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Healthcare Startup
Additional Job Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, healthcare marketing, or medical tourism.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in business development are encouraged to apply.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel within Bangladesh.
