Job Description / Responsibility

Identify and develop new corporate business opportunities to maximize room, banquet, meeting, conference, and F&B sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, government organizations, and business partners.
Achieve assigned sales targets through proactive sales calls, client visits, presentations, and networking.
Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and negotiate business in line with hotel policies.
Conduct regular market research to identify business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, Banquet, and other operational departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline, client database, and submit timely sales reports.
Represent the hotel at corporate events, exhibitions, and networking programs to enhance brand visibility.
Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing or the General Manager.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or a related discipline.
MBA or equivalent qualification will be considered an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 30 years
Only Male
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
Corporate sales and business development expertise.
Knowledge of hotel room sales, banquet sales, MICE, and hospitality services.
Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
Good analytical and reporting abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of CRM software and hotel reservation systems will be an advantage.
Fluency in both English and Bangla.
